    Local travelers want to visit this beautiful site at least once in their lifetime! On this day trip to Nikko, one of Japans most beautiful regions, visit Nikko Toshogu Shrine, dedicated to the first shogun of the Tokugawa era and famous for its carving of the hear no evil, see no evil, speak no evil monkeys. Travel up Irohazaka to Lake Chuzenji and marvel at Kegonnotaki Waterfall, considered one of the three most beautiful waterfalls in Japan.

    Irohazaka Zigzag Driveway up The Mountains
    A delightful motor coach drive up a zigzag driveway with 20 hairpin curves, each of which has a name like "I" "RO" "HA" (A,B,C in the Japanese alphabet, called hiragana) , which consists of 48 characters.

    Lake Chuzenji
    Lake Chuzenji at the foot of Mt. Nantai. It is known for an extra-ordinary depth, the deepest point measuring 161.5 meters.

    KegonnoTaki Waterfall
    About100m. (351ft.) in height , the waterfall is one of Japan's three finest waterfalls.

    Irohazaka Zigzag Driveway down The Mountains
    Drive down the driveway with 28 hairpin curves.

    Routes for driving up and down are different.

    Tour disbands on arrival in Ginza and Shinjuku between 19:00 - 20:00. Individual return to hotels or elsewhere on your own. Information on return transportation will be provided to the participants.

  • Mount Fuji Hakone Full Day Return by Shinkansen Sightseeing Tickets, Sunrise Tours, Tokyo
    Experience Mt. Fuji, Japans most famous symbol and ride the re-knowned Bullet Train! Take in the amazing views from Mt.Fuji 5th Station (weather permitting) before moving to Hakone, where you will board a cruise boat and travel across Lake Ashi to Hakone-en Garden. From the garden, take the ropeway up Mt. Komagatake for a spectacular panoramic view of Mt. Fuji and the valley below. End your amazing day with a relaxing trip to the famous hot springs at the Hotel Kowaki-en in Odawara.

    You will visit the following places by bus:

    Deluxe Motorcoach Drive along The Expressway to Mt.Fuji
    Leave Tokyo for a drive aboard a deluxe motorcoach to Mt.Fuji (3,776m . Or 12,388ft.)

    Fuji Visitor Center (20 minutes)
    Nature, culture and artwork concerning Mt.Fuji are on display at the information center. When the center is closed (Monday and certain other days), Peace Pagoda located on the way to Hakone will visit instead. However, if the tour is behind the schedule due to traffic jam, Peace Pagoda may be skipped.

    Drive up Mt.Fuji 5th Station
    A drive halfway up Mt.Fuji to the 5th Station (altitude 2,305 m.), enjoying the natural scenery en route.

    Lunch
    Enjoy Japanese-style lunch at a restaurant.

    A Cruise on Lake Ashi (Ashinoko Yuransen) (15 minutes)
    A delightful cruise on Lake Ashi (Ashinoko Yuransen) aboard a large sightseeing boat. Let the crisp air and surrounding verdure refresh you.

    Mt. Komagatake Ropeway
    Ride an aerial cableway up and down Mt. Komagatake for a sweeping view of celebrated Hakone National Park.
    Proceed to Odawara to board a Shinkansen Train for Tokyo

    Drive to Odawara Station and abroad Shinkansen (Kodama / non-reserved).

    Arrive in Tokyo around 8:00 p.m.

    2. Mt.Komagatake Aerial Cableway is skipped due to traffic conditions without alternative on the following days: Apr.29-May 1, May 6, Jul. 19, Aug. 1-2, 8-9, 16, 22-23, 29-30, Sep. 5,12,22, Oct 3, 10, 17, 24, 31, Nov. 21, Dec. 30, 31.

    3. When "Fuji Visitor Center" is closed, or if the tour is behind the schedule due to traffic jam, "Fuji Visitor Center" may be skipped.

    4. When the driveway up to Mt.Fuji's 5th station is closed due to heavy snow or for operational reasons you will go up the highest possible point.

    5. Komagatake Ropeway or Cruise on Lake Ashi may also be omitted or substituted depending on traffic, weather conditions, or for other operational reasons. In this case, you will enjoy one in case either of them is omitted or two in case both of them are omitted out of following alternatives: Narukawa Museum in Hakone, Hakone Check Point, Cruise on Lake Kawaguchi, Lake Kawaguchi Ropeway, Hakone-en Aquarium, Hakone shrine and Owaku-dani. Tour guide will finalize alternative places, based on careful study of tour movement and other conditions.

    6. You are advised to bring an overcoat or other warm clothing during autumn and winter.

    7. For people proceeding to Kyoto after this tour, please note that your arrival time is usually around 21:30 p.m. but sometimes will be around 10-11 p.m. due to traffic conditions.

    8. Even if you go up to the 5th station of Mt.Fuji, it so happens that you cannot see the full view of Mt.Fuji due to the weather conditions. A refund will not be made nor the tour operation be cancelled for this reason.

    9. There is a possibility that your tour guide does not accompany you on the shinkansen back to Tokyo after Odawara Sta. for operational reasons. In this case, your guide will provide information on how to go back to your hotel from Tok.

    Pick-up services at each hotel are available when the reservation is made more than one hour before the actual starting time.
